For arrivals after 19.00 and for arrivals during holidays, there is an extra-charge of euros 60 to be paid cash at check-in, together with the balance. Arrivals are not allowed after 20.00.

Aforementioned prices may change according to the period and availability.
Prices are to be read per apartment, all inclusive.

To make a reservation, please send 30% of the total amount due (i.e. if the total is €200, the deposit is €60) by bank transfer. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

At check-in, payment of the balance is required. ONLY CASH ACCEPTED as method of payment.
 
You will also be required to pay a damage deposit which varies from 100 to 500 euros depending on the length of the stay. it will be returned to you within 24 hours from your departure via bank transfer, after an accurate check of the apartment, provided no damage has been done to the premises.
